As an affiliate of Main Street America, the Logan Downtown Alliance follows a nationally recognized framework for revitalizing and sustaining vibrant downtowns. Through strategic planning, collaborative partnerships, and targeted initiatives, it works to enhance the area’s appeal for businesses, residents, and visitors alike. By supporting local businesses, advocating for improvements to public spaces and infrastructure, and organizing engaging events, the Logan Downtown Alliance ensures downtown Logan remains a thriving and welcoming hub for the community. Its efforts are guided by close collaboration with city leaders, business owners, and civic groups to address the evolving needs of the downtown area.

Mission
Our mission is to strengthen and advocate for Logan downtown businesses and development, preserve our unique culture and history, and celebrate the spaces where our community gathers, connects, and thrives by promoting events and experiences in dining, retail, visual arts, performing arts, and entertainment.
Get Involved
At its core, the Alliance brings together a coalition of organizations, agencies, businesses, and individuals from across the community—not just those who own property or operate businesses in the downtown commercial district, or who have a direct economic stake, but anyone invested in the overall health and vitality of the community.
Engagement from both the public and private sectors is essential, as neither can revitalize downtown on its own. Ideally, both sectors contribute through funding, leadership, ideas, and hard work. The Alliance encourages all community members to consider volunteering their time and efforts to help strengthen and revitalize downtown Logan.
