TOURISM

Beaver Mountain

Picture
Beaver Mountain Ski Area has become a legend and is one of the fine small ski areas in Northern Utah. Beaver Mountain celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2017.  It's possibly the longest family owned ski area in the country.  Here's to many more wonderful years at the "Beav".

Bear Lake

Picture
Brilliantly blue waters combined with sandy beaches are what call park visitors to play, fish, boat, and camp here at Bear Lake State Park. Minerals (calcium carbonate) suspended in the lake’s waters are what help create its spectacular aqua-blue color.

Cache Cruise-In

Picture
The Cache Valley Cruise-In is a rod run event held annually and is hosted by the Cache Valley Cruising Association. All types and models of specialty vehicles are on display. It all started in 1982 with a group of five people working together to organize the first Cache Valley Cruise-In. It has grown each successive year and is now attracting over 1000  vehicles which include Street Rods, Street Machines, Customs, Restored Vehicles, Motorcycles, and Trucks, while spectator attendance has risen to  more than 30,000 people.

Logan Canyon

Picture
Deeply cut, nearly vertical limestone walls and rock formations laden with fossils greet travelers entering Logan Canyon. The Logan River, popular for trout fishing, parallels the route, offering yet another reason to stop and spend some time. As autumn approaches, lush greens of this high mountain passage tipped with brilliant gold, red and yellow can be seen throughout the canyon.

Utah Festival Opera

Picture
Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre is the place to be in the summer. Our five-week festival consists of over 100 events including four productions of grand opera, operetta, light opera, and/or seldom-seen Broadway-style musical theatre. But that's not all! You will also enjoy a wide variety of offerings such as orchestral and vocal concerts.
